Learn to Play the Saxophone | Expert Saxophone Lessons & Tuition
Discover the Coolest Instrument in the Room
From smooth jazz and soulful blues to iconic pop riffs and upbeat funk, the saxophone is undeniably one of the most expressive and captivating instruments you can learn to play. Whether you are a complete beginner picking up an alto sax for the first time, or an advancing player looking to improve your tone and improvisation on the tenor, our expert saxophone lessons are built around you. At Consort Music, Arts & Events Group, we provide tailored woodwind tuition that helps you master the instrument while playing the music you actually love.
Our Approach: Fun, Relaxed, and No-Pressure Teaching
Learning the saxophone should be an exciting journey, not a chore. Our teaching philosophy is rooted in providing a fun, supportive, and completely positive environment. We firmly believe that a relaxed, no-pressure approach is the absolute best way to build your confidence and develop your lung capacity, embouchure (mouth position), and sight-reading skills. For most of our students, playing for pleasure is the ultimate goal, and we are dedicated to making every lesson engaging and enjoyable.
Exceptional Exam Success (Only If You Want It!)
While our main focus is on the joy of making music, we are fully equipped to support students who wish to work through formal graded woodwind exams. If you decide you want to take that route, you are in the best possible hands. Across our teaching group, we hold a flawless 30-year, 100% exam pass rate. You set the pace, and we will provide the technique, musical education, and encouragement to get you across the finish line.
