ABOUT
Discover Our Passion for Music and Arts
Consort Music, Arts & Events is a music school group with branches and local music teachers all over the UK. We offer comprehensive music education, including instrument lessons, vocal training, and musical theatre groups. Our focus is on nurturing creativity and fostering a love for the arts in our students. With a dedicated team of passionate educators, we ensure that each student receives personalized instruction and support to thrive in their musical journey.
Our Story: From a North Wales Hub to a National Family
Every great performance starts with a single note. For us, that note was struck at our flagship branch, AngleseyMusic, way back in 2015 with one single piano teacher, teaching from a back room in a small town music shop on a Saturday morning.
After decades of performing and teaching, our founder Simon, one of the most highly-demanded and experienced music teachers in North Wales, wanted to create a different kind of music school. The vision was simple: provide world-class piano tuition, expert vocal coaching, and engaging community choirs in an environment that was genuinely welcoming and supportive.
As the reputation of AngleseyMusic grew, so did the demand for our unique approach to music education. Today, AngleseyMusic is proud to teach around 200 students per week across multiple locations with a dedicated team of teachers.
Students and parents love the high educational standards, but they also love how completely stress-free the experience is, thanks to Nicole's years of expert business administration working behind the scenes.
We quickly realised that communities across the UK were looking for this exact blend of professional, high-quality music tuition. And so, Consort Music, Arts & Events Group was born.
Today, we have expanded our family to include dedicated regional branches; MerciaMusic, MaidstoneMusic, PennineMusic, and MendipMusic. While we have grown into a national network offering everything from guitar and bass lessons to musical theatre and tap dancing, our roots remain the same. Whether you are learning at our central hub in North Wales or with one of our exceptional lead teachers across the country, you are joining a family that puts your musical journey first.
Meet our Consort Music, Arts & Events team
Where our full team works all over the UK, our smaller, central Consort Group team consists of our group lead teacher and business development manager along with our central admin and operations manager. Our small, central team ensures that the main focus on each branch keeps our business locally focused in the areas in which we offer lessons, maintaining music and educational standards and ensuring that each and every student has the best teachers available to them.
